Resume Bullet Point Writer

Build powerful, achievement-driven bullet points using the proven XYZ formula. Pick an action verb, describe what you did, and add your metric.

Don't include the action verb — it's already selected above.

How to Write Strong Resume Bullet Points

The best resume bullet points follow the XYZ formula: "Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]." This format shows recruiters not just what you did, but the measurable impact you made.

Always start with a strong action verb. Words like "Led", "Increased", "Designed", and "Reduced" are more impactful than "Responsible for" or "Helped with".

Quantify whenever possible. Numbers catch the eye: "Increased sales by 35%" is far more compelling than "Improved sales performance." Use percentages, dollar amounts, time saved, or team/customer counts.
